Lightweight Ridge Cuff Beanie 100% Merino Wool

I have to be honest. When I opened the package and felt the beanie, I thought this thing weighs an ounce, it isn't going to keep my head warm. Boy was I wrong. I love this beanie so much, I ordered a camo one for bow season, and a purple one for my wife. It's awesome, blocks the wind, and keeps me warm.

First things first. This is hands down the warmest hat I have ever worn and it is the only hat I have ever worn that I honestly can’t feel while it’s on my head. It is so far beyond comfortable that I’m surprised each time I put it on. Worth every cent and I will be buying another in the future. Do yourself a favour and buy at least one of these.

I love the lightweight and longer style, allowing for several ways to adjust and wear it during any kind of weather! Buy a few extra and give them as a gift!

I got this beanie for winter hiking. It is the perfect weight/ weave, does not itch and breathes pretty well..all good for hiking. I wear it under a hood so there is some sweating but that is understandable. I got the burnt orange to stand out in the weather. I would have given this 5 stars but the color has started to fade after a few washings. Outside of that, highly recommend for aerobic activities out in the cold.

I bought a toque last year and loved it so much I bought two more this year, but these were not what I purchased last year. This year, they're large and sloppy with nearly no "structure." The brim of these are between 9 - 9,5" whereas last years is about 7,5".

I know reviews from last year stated the toques were too tight, but putting them on a cardboard form and adding 1,5" to the brim is significant. It's much easier to stretch out something like this than attempt to shrink it (I've tried several times to no avail). I love and buy all my base layers from Minus33, and these toques are my go-to because I can wear them down to about 10-15 degrees, but I won't be buying these again unless the design team does some re-evaluation.

So, if the design/marketing team sees these reviews, I'd like to see the option to buy a small (7,5" brim) and a medium/large (9 -9.5") size, with the respective brim widths in the item description.
