2020 HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE

To receive your order in time for the holidays, we advise ordering no later than the following dates.

  • US Post Office/UPS Surepost: Order by 1pm EST on 12/15
  • UPS Ground: Order by 1pm EST on 12/17
  • UPS 3-Day Select: Order by 1pm EST on 12/21
  • UPS 2-Day Air: Order by 1pm EST on 12/22
  • UPS Overnight: Order by 1pm EST on 12/23

*Please note that specific shipping times will vary by location and inclement weather. SHIPPING COST

We currently ship via UPS or via the US Postal Service (USPS). Please provide a deliverable address to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box address, and orders placed using a P.O. box will be shipped via USPS by default.

*UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

SHIPPING TIME

Most orders will be shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days. Most often, we are able to ship the same day. Please review your order confirmation, and if you need to correct something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it before it ships.

Once packages have left our facility, they are subject to any unforeseen circumstances which may arrive, such as weather or other delivery delays. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please view the maps below to get an estimate of when your package will arrive.

HIGH VALUE PACKAGES

To help protect against package theft, orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive the signature, please contact us via email or phone before your order ships. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We also recommend creating a free UPS MyChoice account to have greater control over your shipments.

APO/FPO/DPO, HAWAII, AND ALASKA

Subject to above listed domestic rates. Shipped via US Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Minus33 is able to ship to most countries. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. We are sorry, but we cannot accept another shipping carrier.

International orders may take some time to arrive as they travel and clear through customs. You can track your package through usps.com, however once it leaves the US you may need to track the package through your country's local carrier.

The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes that may occur in your country. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs office to inquire about these rates. We are legally obligated to declare the true value of the package. Thank you for understanding.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Every order will have a tracking number associated with it, which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please allow time for your tracking number to activate. The tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, so it may take a few hours for you to see any activity. If you have any questions or need help, please feel welcome to give us a call with your order number so we can help track your package.

LOCAL RETAILERS

We do have a variety of local retailers throughout the country who carry Minus33 in their stores. Please visit our dealer locator to find Minus33 locally. We recommend giving them a call before you go out of your way if you are looking for a specific item, as their inventory may vary by season.
