COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
*All Shipping carriers have been experiencing unprecedented service delays due to facility closures and staff shortages with Covid-19. Please allow extra time for shipping on all service levels.*
We currently ship via UPS or via the US Postal Service (USPS). You now have the flexibility on checkout to select whichever service you prefer, and see the cost associated with each service. Your shipping cost is determined by your order's weight and the zip code you are shipping to at checkout. Please provide a deliverable address to ensure your order arrives on time. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box address, and orders placed using a P.O. box will be shipped via USPS by default.
Please note: Free Shipping Promotions may not be available or combined with certain other promotions.
Most orders will be shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days. Most often, we are able to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday and prior to 9am EST on Mondays will ship Monday afternoon. Please review your order confirmation, and if you need to correct something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it before it ships.
Once packages have left our facility, they are subject to any unforeseen circumstances which may arrive, such as weather or other delivery delays. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please view the maps below to get an estimate of when your package will arrive.

Minus33 is able to ship to most countries. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. We are sorry, but we cannot accept another shipping carrier.
International orders may take some time to arrive as they travel and clear through customs. You can track your package through usps.com, however once it leaves the US you may need to track the package through your country's local carrier.
The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes that may occur in your country. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs office to inquire about these rates. We are legally obligated to declare the true value of the package. Thank you for understanding.
TRACKING A PACKAGE
Every order will have a tracking number associated with it, which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please allow time for your tracking number to activate. The tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, so it may take a few hours for you to see any activity. If you have any questions or need help, please feel welcome to give us a call with your order number so we can help track your package.
We do have a variety of local retailers throughout the country who carry Minus33 in their stores. Please visit our dealer locator to find Minus33 locally. We recommend giving them a call before you go out of your way if you are looking for a specific item, as their inventory may vary by season.
