Product, Sizing, Care

Our most common fit is called regular. It runs true to size and isn’t that super tight sport fit you might find with synthetic brands. It’s for the everyday person, every activity or occupation. We suggest purchasing the same size you would get in a cotton T-shirt or underwear.

If you would like your Minus33 to be more fitted, we advise to go a size down, since they are knitted, they have plenty of stretch and should fit fine.

Some of our older stock still has our original branding. These older pieces are only in select size/color combinations, mostly in slower selling styles/colors and the less popular sizes (XS or XXXL). Currently these older pieces account for less than 1% of our total inventory and in the off chance you receive one, we will gladly help exchange if you so desire.

As for the products themselves, we are always trying to improve and may occasionally make a minor update to a product that helps its functionality, fit, or overall use. Because of this, it is possible that there may be slight variances between different production runs, especially between products that are produced many years apart.

Look on the care label, and the Style # should be printed. You can also call us at 1-855-MINUS33 and describe the item to us, and we will do our best to help you figure it out. We may also be able to find your order history if you have ordered from before.

Our products are available at a wide range of brick and mortar stores, as well as through other online authorized sellers. Please visit our Dealer Locator to find a retailer near you. We recommend giving them a call before you go out of your way if you are looking for a specific item, as their inventory may vary by season. If you have a store near you that you think should carry Minus33, be sure to let that store know about us so they can apply! 


If you are not able to find a retailer near you, or you just like the convenience of online shopping, you've come to the right place. Our website stocks all of our inventory and is fulfilled from our warehouse in Ashland, NH.

If you want to get the full benefit of Minus33's customer service, guarantee, or warranty, please do not buy our products from places like Ebay, Reddit, Goodwill, Yard Sales, etc. We can't help you with any possible problems if you do. If you have any questions about purchasing from an authorized seller, please contact us so we can help verify if something is legitimate or not.

Mulesing and Sheep Welfare

Mulesing is a controversial procedure carried out in some countries that involves removing skin around the tail to prevent flies laying eggs and causing a painful infection. Growers who sign contracts to provide wool to Minus33 agree not to use mulesing on their sheep, by these traditional methods. Our wool is certified by AWTA LTD to be of required ethics and qualities.

- We do not offer any factory seconds, those are reserved for our hikeSafe/SAR donation program only and are not available for purchase.
