    Z37 - :

Best wool sock I've bought yet First I was hesitant to try socks from other companies other than smartwool, I've been using there OTC Heavy Hunt socks for quite some time now. The expedition sock blows them out of the water, it is consistently warmer, tighter along the entire sock-not just the calf, softer, cheaper(price), and keeps it shape better. Recommend with katmai heavyweight long johns/thermals, will stay warm Pros- warm, good compression, OTC for me (5'10), price, resting warmth Cons- None Price friendly warm socks recommending these to friends and fam :)

great socks, I have been wearing them for 2 weeks at night. They come up 3/4 calf and stay up. After sleeping 8+ hours they have stayed up on my calf and kept my feet warm with no stink.

Amazing socks. I’m in patrol boots for at least 10 hours a day. I’ve worn 5.11 socks, bates socks and these are the only socks I’ve ever worn where my feet are dry at the end of shift. They keep you comfortable and warm

Total Easy Care
Total Easy Care TEC

Total Easy Care (TEC) Merino apparel is designed for today’s busy lifestyle. Total Easy Care Merino garments are all machine-washable, and are suitable for tumble drying. Even after frequent laundering they retain an ‘as new’ appearance. They won’t shrink, lose their shape, fade or color-bleed. They remain soft and comfortable for the life of the garment. TEC is a textile innovation used by Minus33 that was developed by the Woolmark Company.

Moisture Wicking
Moisture Wicking

Minus33 Merino Wool regulates the amount of moisture on your skin by absorbing any moisture or sweat on your body. Then, the absorbed moisture evaporates out of the fabric into the atmosphere. Wool is a classic natural insulator, but is just as effective in warmer weather due to its rapid moisture wicking ability. Learn more about wool properties.

Anti-Microbial and Odor Resistant
Anti Microbial and Odor Resistant

With less moisture comes less odor. Minus33 Merino Wool resists against microbes and odor, so foot fungus and smelly odor will NOT be a problem while wearing our products. Merino Wool fibers naturally reject any bacteria in moisture or sweat as it is wicked away. This means you don’t have to wash wool as often. Less laundry means less water being used, benefiting our planet. Learn more about wool properties.

Insulates When Wet
Insulates When Wet

Wool will absorb up to 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling wet or clammy. If you do get wet, whether it be from sweat, weather, or water bodies, wool will insulate you better than cotton or polyester materials. This is especially important if you are in a survival situation, and can help prevent or delay hypothermia depending on the conditions. Learn more about wool properties.

Fire Resistant
Fire Resistant

Merino Wool insulates against high temperatures and does not readily catch fire. If it does, it self-extinguishes. When Merino burns, it doesn’t melt and stick to the skin like synthetic fabrics do. For this reason, merino is popular among military, firefighting, and law enforcement communities. Learn more about wool properties.
