SAR Kit Request Form

Thanks for your interest in receiving Minus33 SAR Kits for your organization. Please fill out the form below to request your kits. Please have your senior officer/member fill out the form to verify affiliation.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of high demand during the winter season we are shipping kits on a first come - first served basis. Thank you for your patience!

Things to know:

• Kits are available on an as needed basis, after you have been set up with your initial set of kits, simply contact us to get more if you run out.
• Kits consist of one top and one bottom at minimum, and occasionally one headwear item and a pair of socks if they are available.
• Kits are created from our returns, samples, and other seconds that are deemed unsalable, but still wearable. Garments may have minor defects but are sent to you washed and properly inspected by our returns team.
• Kits are NOT for resale, any organization to be found using the kits for non-SAR reasons will no longer be serviced.
