    Charlie - :

Bought these on Amazon, thought I'd repost my review here, as my satisfaction is effusive. I've been on a hunt for the perfect boxer brief for far too long. Under Armour? Fit great, wore them exclusively for too many years.....far too staaaaaanky. No more synthetics, wool it is. Icebreaker? I'll bite. Loose as a goose; a little short in the leg. I need a little more structure, the Icebreakers fit like Gap flannel boxers. Smartwool? Same problem. Wasn't familiar with Minus 33, read good things, gave 'em a shot. Wildly impressed. High quality material and build. Good support for the fellas. No stank, lightweight and comfortable in all conditions and levels of activity. Ima go buy me a few more pairs and clear everything else out of the panty drawer.

    M - :

I've wasted money, purchasing other companies merino wool boxers. These are the best out there. Fit is perfect to size, no irritating poking threads, and comfortable as. Thank you, Minus33, excellent product. More Tall size products please.

    Dave - :

I too have tried a variety of undies in search of comfort, support, and everything else. I agree with the reviews above 100% and only knocked them a half star since they do wear out more quickly than other fabrics. They're all I buy and wear these days.

    PJElliott - :

I agree with the "clear out the panty drawer" reviewer and they are great for women. Perfect sports undershorts. Wear them under the tennis skirt, the running skirt, the golf skirt. Soft, comfortable, modest, breathable and no odor. Plus they come in colors other than black! Wash on gentle, dry on ultra low or hang to dry and they are good to go for another activity.

    Trevor - :

These boxers are by far the favorite pair in the drawer. Super comfortable, they don't stretch out, very durable, and they are made of merino wool! These are both my go to for big wilderness trips, as well as for everyday life. And a side note, because I was worried about it when I bought them, absolutely zero itch.

I ordered the Acadian Men's Lightweight Wool Boxer Briefs a number of years ago and loved them, so I ordered more. I now have wool boxer briefs for every day of the week. I wear them year round and love them. They help keep me warm in the winter and cool and dry in the summer. I recommend them for everyday wear.

I have been working in the Bakken Oil Field since 2011. I came across minus 33 products at a local store. Needing cold weather gear for the bitter cold that is common in this area in the winter I gave them a try. First I purchased their Expedition Baclava for my head and their thermal top and bottoms. After 8 years of using their products I was happy. Only wear areas in those years was at the openings for the head, face, arms and neck areas respectively. That being said I decided to try out their wool underwear. I bought 5 pairs for a week's worth of changes going on my previous products satisfaction of their products. They are comfy and supportive in the legs and with the fellas. When I got them I tried them on and found one thing a little lacking and since I have tried it out on all of the pairs, they felt like they were sliding down my rear all day. The backside is a little short and will get you plumbers behind. Being as u work outside all day I wish they would fix this as I don't need a cold draft on the backside. We get winds pretty much daily and this is a concern that I have about this item.

    Harvey Lemelin - :

Although I have been wearing merino wool garments for several years now, I am a very recent convert to merino wool underwear. My fear, quite honestly was with the itch, nothing else. I've bought several pairs, but the Acadian (nice name by the way especially if you are French Canadian) are some of the nicest, most comfortable pair of underwear I have purchased so far. The jersey knit is amazing, and despite a workout and a fatbike ride you can't really tell that they have been worn. The 3 pack is also some of the cheapest quality merino wool underwear you can get on the market.

Base Layer

Think of your Base Layer as your second skin. These are your first layers on and your last layers off. These foundation layers should be thermal, moisture-wicking, and breathable. Proper layering of your garments is very important and in extreme cases may save your life. Consider your activities carefully and plan for the unexpected. Learn more about layering.

Total Easy Care
Total Easy Care TEC

Total Easy Care (TEC) Merino apparel is designed for today’s busy lifestyle. Total Easy Care Merino garments are all machine-washable, and are suitable for tumble drying. Even after frequent laundering they retain an ‘as new’ appearance. They won’t shrink, lose their shape, fade or color-bleed. They remain soft and comfortable for the life of the garment. TEC is a textile innovation used by Minus33 that was developed by the Woolmark Company.

Moisture Wicking
Moisture Wicking

Minus33 Merino Wool regulates the amount of moisture on your skin by absorbing any moisture or sweat on your body. Then, the absorbed moisture evaporates out of the fabric into the atmosphere. Wool is a classic natural insulator, but is just as effective in warmer weather due to its rapid moisture wicking ability. Learn more about wool properties.

Anti-Microbial and Odor Resistant
Anti Microbial and Odor Resistant

With less moisture comes less odor. Minus33 Merino Wool resists against microbes and odor, so foot fungus and smelly odor will NOT be a problem while wearing our products. Merino Wool fibers naturally reject any bacteria in moisture or sweat as it is wicked away. This means you don’t have to wash wool as often. Less laundry means less water being used, benefiting our planet. Learn more about wool properties.

Insulates When Wet
Insulates When Wet

Wool will absorb up to 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling wet or clammy. If you do get wet, whether it be from sweat, weather, or water bodies, wool will insulate you better than cotton or polyester materials. This is especially important if you are in a survival situation, and can help prevent or delay hypothermia depending on the conditions. Learn more about wool properties.

Fire Resistant
Fire Resistant

Merino Wool insulates against high temperatures and does not readily catch fire. If it does, it self-extinguishes. When Merino burns, it doesn’t melt and stick to the skin like synthetic fabrics do. For this reason, merino is popular among military, firefighting, and law enforcement communities. Learn more about wool properties.
