RETURN POLICY

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If our woolen apparel does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store from which you bought it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. You must include your dated purchase receipt.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase beyond 30 days, we still want to know how we can fix it. For non-warranty satisfaction returns, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to discuss a solution and include your original purchase receipt.

SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE EXCHANGES

Unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Please return your Minus33 to the same retailer you purchased from when possible. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All returns must be authorized.

Please allow time for a Minus33 customer service rep to approve your return. If you submit using the form below, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 business hours after it has been approved.

CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS:

  • Do not continue to wear your product if you plan to return it. Heavily worn items can interfere with our ability to properly inspect your product.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for dirty/soiled products that may pose a health risk to our returns department. This includes products covered with pet hair. Please wash your products if they are dirty before sending them back.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any unworn, unwashed products that are sent back to us without the original tags and packaging.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and the outcome will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns should be postmarked within 15 days of authorization.

  • Proof of purchase required to receive a refund. Items without a receipt can not be guaranteed to receive the desired result.
  • Original packaging materials/tags if possible.

You are responsible for all freight charges to return product to us. However, you will be credited for shipping for successful warranty claims, or if we made a mistake. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping from us back to you. We recommend retaining tracking information for your records until the return is completed.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping time, inspection, and processing. Most returns will happen faster, but please be patient and consider the transit time from your location to New Hampshire. To expedite an exchange, please place a new order for the item you would like to receive, and include the new order number on your RA form. Any refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing method. Please also allow additional processing time during and directly following the holiday season. Thank you for your patience.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns/exchanges must be held responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for both ways and are not recommended. If you feel your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us to discuss a solution.
