For Tom, it’s been faith, family, and archery that have directed his life choices. The joy of bowhunting has been an activity that has opened many doors for him including writing for different outdoor companies (including Minus33), volunteering for a national youth outdoor ministry called Kicking Bear Ministry, and creating content for Genesis Archery. The great thing about the outdoors, archery, and the companies he’s involved with is that he can involve all 3 of his kids and his wonderful wife in the photo content creation, hunting, and volunteering. Leading his family and mentees to live the best lives they can through faith, hard work, and the outdoors allows him to do what he really loves in a way that impacts future generations for the better.

Through his 17 years of bowhunting in Minnesota and Wisconsin he has learned that dressing in quality clothing material is more important than the type/style of camouflage you bring to the field. In his opinion there’s nothing better for outdoor activities than merino wool, and he loves the quality, price, and durability of Minus33’s clothing line.

Check out his most recent Merinoholics article about how merino can also be a great option for workwear.
