Return Policy

Size, Color, or Style Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Please return your Minus33 to the same retailer you purchased from when possible. Unwashed, unworn items without a receipt can only be exchanged for an item of equal value. Style exchanges may be subject to current price differences.

1-Year Warranty

Minus33, a division of L. W. Packard Company, Inc. warranties our product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, negligence, and insect damage is not covered by the warranty. Products purchased used or from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty. If you suspect your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us immediately so we can inspect the item and issue a replacement.

Warranty claims can only be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss further options.

If you suspect your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please do not continue to wear the product. Heavily worn items can interfere with our ability to differentiate between manufacturing defects and normal wear damage. Claims on items over a year old are most often due to wear and tear or insect damage and unfortunately cannot be covered by warranty. Please retain a copy of your receipt in the event that you need to take advantage of our warranty.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to know how we can fix it. For non-warranty satisfaction returns, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to discuss a solution and include your original purchase receipt.

Return Instructions
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

All Returns and Warranty Claims:
  • Are subject to inspection
  • Must be laundered before returning, with the exception of new/unused items. Unsanitary returns will be subject to a cleaning fee.
  • Must include an Return Authorization #.
And Must Include:
  • Items to be returned
  • Proof of purchase required to receive a refund. Items without a receipt can not be guaranteed to receive the desired result.
  • Original packaging materials/tags if possible.
  • Completed RA form, and any additional details we should know.

You are responsible for all freight charges to return product to us. However, you will be credited for shipping for successful warranty claims, or if we made a mistake. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping from us back to you. We recommend retaining tracking information for your records until the return is completed.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping time, inspection, and processing. Most returns will happen faster, but please allow depending on transit times to New Hampshire. To expedite an exchange, please place a new order for the item you would like to receive, and include the new order number on your RA form. Any refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing method. Please allow additional processing time during the holiday season. Thank you for your patience.

International Returns

International returns/exchanges must be held responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for both ways and are not recommended. If you feel your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us to discuss a solution.
