Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If our woolen apparel does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store from which you bought it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price. You must include your dated purchase receipt.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase beyond 30 days, we still want to know how we can fix it. For non-warranty satisfaction returns, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to discuss a solution and include your original purchase receipt.

Size, Color, or Style Exchanges

Unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Please return your Minus33 to the same retailer you purchased from when possible.


Gifts that are unwashed/unworn without a receipt can only be exchanged for an item of equal value, and are subject to inspection. A copy of the receipt is preferred when possible. Style exchanges may be subject to current price differences.

One Year Warranty

Minus33, a division of L. W. Packard Company, Inc. warranties our product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. If you suspect your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us immediately so we can inspect the item and issue a replacement. A dated purchase receipt is required for warranty claims. Warranty claims can only be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss other options.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or pet damage
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Missing or defaced labels
  • Improper care (including moth/insect damage and improper washing)
  • Alterations, including embroidery, removed labels, and 3rd party tailoring
  • Products without a dated purchase receipt
  • Products that have been purchased used, or from an unauthorized seller, such as eBay, Amazon Warehouse Deals, or thrift shops/yard sales.

What is considered normal wear and tear?

Clothing isn’t indestructible. Over time, the favorite clothing you wear on a regular basis may start to break down. It’s just the natural course of textiles. After years and miles of wear, damage can happen to areas which are used frequently, such as sleeve cuffs, waistbands, etc. Products that have been used regularly for more than a year do not qualify for warranty claims for this reason. We hope your Minus33 product serves you well over the years and miles you put on it, and we hope you consider purchasing a replacement when it comes time to retire your original product.

Return Instructions

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Conditions for All Returns and Warranty Claims:

  • Do not continue to wear your product if you plan to return it. Heavily worn items can interfere with our ability to properly inspect your product.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for dirty/soiled products that may pose a health risk to our returns department. This includes products covered with pet hair. Please wash your products if they are dirty before sending them back.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any unworn, unwashed products that are sent back to us without the original tags and packaging.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and the outcome will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns should be postmarked within 15 days of authorization.
  • All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

  • Proof of purchase required to receive a refund. Items without a receipt can not be guaranteed to receive the desired result.
  • Original packaging materials/tags if possible.
  • Completed RA form, and any additional details we should know.

You are responsible for all freight charges to return product to us. However, you will be credited for shipping for successful warranty claims, or if we made a mistake. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping from us back to you. We recommend retaining tracking information for your records until the return is completed.


Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping time, inspection, and processing. Most returns will happen faster, but please allow depending on transit times to New Hampshire. To expedite an exchange, please place a new order for the item you would like to receive, and include the new order number on your RA form. Any refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing method. Please allow additional processing time during the holiday season. Thank you for your patience.


International Returns

International returns/exchanges must be held responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes for both ways and are not recommended. If you feel your purchase is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us to discuss a solution.
