If our woolen apparel does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store from which you bought it within 30 days with dated sales receipt for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Damage due to normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.



Minus33, a division of L. W. Packard Company, Inc. warranties our product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for one season or for a maximum of 180 days from the date of purchase. An item returned for warranty must not show signs of abuse, neglect, or misuse. Minus33 may replace the item. No refunds given after 30 days of purchase. All items will be subject to inspection.

Return Instructions

Bought From will fully refund returned unused items within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive credit or a refund for any items, the item must be in unused condition, unless the product is defective for materials or workmanship which comes under our warranty policy. If you would like a replacement product or different size, please specify. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. When returning items to, the credit is applied at the time of the receipt of the return at our facility and usually posts to the credit card within 24 hours. All returns are subject to inspection.

Bought From Our Dealers


Items bought at another retailer must be returned directly to where the item was purchased according to the store policy. If you need a replacement product, you must have a copy of your receipt from the dealer in order to send the product to us directly. We cannot do refunds from other dealers, we can only do size or color exchanges of the same product. Please try to work with the dealer you purchased from before contacting us.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
