Minus33 is headquartered in Ashland, NH. This is our office/warehouse with no actual retail store but please feel free to come in weekdays between 9am-5pm if you would like to buy direct.

I need to return/exchange some Minus33, what do I need to do?

All non-warranty returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in unused condition.
Enclose our RA form with the items you are returning and include the order number found on your pack slip or confirmation email.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.
Refunds/exchanges can take up to approximately 1-3 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
If possible, use the original shipping package for returns and exchanges.

Items bought at another retailer must be returned directly to where the item was purchased according to the store policy.

Minus33.com will fully refund returned unused items within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive credit or a refund for any items, the item must be in unused condition, unless the product is defective for materials or workmanship which comes under our warranty policy. If you would like a replacement product or different size, please specify. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. When returning items to Minus33.com, the credit is applied at the time of the receipt of the return at our facility and usually posts to the credit card within 24 hours.

Follow these directions to return products to us for a credit:

Please call us or email us for a Return Authorization and enclose our RA form. No refunds or exchanges will be give without an Return Authorization.

Include all original packing materials, a copy of your receipt and any tags and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

With your product indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS, FED EX or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.

We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.

You are responsible for all freight charges to return product to us. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was deemed damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

There's one size chart on every product page. It is below the product description but above the color/size selection. It is denoted by a green bar with white text that says click to view size chart.  Also we have listed our size charts below:

How does Minus33 fit?

Our fit in its simplest is called regular. It runs true to size and isn't that super tight sport fit as some are.  It's for the everyday man (or women), every sport or occupation. We suggest buying the size top that you would purchase a T-shirt in and bottoms in the size you purchase for normal underwear. If you would like your Minus33 to be more fitted we advise to go a size down, as they are knitted they have plenty of stretch and should fit fine.

 

What weight Minus33 should I buy?

Below is our temperture recommendation for wearing our products while active. For inactive activities like Deer Hunting from a Tree Stand we recommend going to the next Weight of our clothing as your body will not be creating enough Heat for the Wool to Insulate from the Cold. We generally see most hunters of this sort going with our Expedition and being more than happy.

Lightweight >+30*F

Midweight 0-30*F

Expedition <-0*F

 

How do I wash my Minus33?

Garments: When washing your Minus33 garments, turn it inside out, machine wash cold on the delicate or gentle or wool setting with mild detergent (wool-specific detergent for best results). Separate all colors and DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND. Tumble dry low, or lay flat to dry. Use a warm steam iron to retain shape.

Socks: When washing your Minus33 Socks, machine wash cold on the delicate or gentle cycle or wool setting with mild detergent (wool-specific detergent for best results). Separate all colors and DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND. Tumble dry low, or lay flat to dry.

Hats: When washing your Minus33 Hats, turn it inside out, then machine wash cold on the delicate or gentle cycle or wool setting with mild detergent (wool-specific detergent for best results). Separate all colors and DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND. DO NOT tumble dry. Lay flat to dry.

 

What happened to the Hoody, will it be back?

I just received a shirt with embroidery on the chest, that's not shown in the picture? These men's bottoms don't have a fly what happened?

Some of our older stock still has the embroidery or are flyless like we use to make them with. These older pieces are only in select size/color combinations, mostly in slower selling styles/colors and the less popular sizes in those (XS or XXXL). If you have questions or concerns please contact us and we will make sure you either receive your Minus33 as you desire it or we will advise what color/style/size to purchase. Currently these older pieces account for less than 1% of our total inventory and in the off chance you receive one we will gladly help exchange if you so desire.

 

When will style XYZ be in stock?

Currently we are expecting more products to be ready to ship second week of July. If what you were looking for isn’t included in that, check back weekly as we will have more items available all summer long.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We're happy to announce that we now ship international.

 

What about APO/FPO/DPO?

We now accept these type of orders too.

 

How can I get some Minus33 stickers?

Most orders are shipped with stickers. If you would like stickers and want to make sure you receive some please place a note in the comment field when you place an order. Alternately please email us at info@minus33.com.

Do you price match?
